operate on the first come first serve basis. Any and all litters requires a 300.00 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
If you provide a deposit for any litter and decide that you no longer desire a puppy from that litter of puppies BEFORE
THE PUPPIES ARE BORN, you may transfer your deposit to a future pick of another litter. In
the event of the sex of your choice was not produced in the litter that you requested your NON
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT can be transferred to another litter of your choice. We do not guarantee any particular
color coating or coat pattern of any litter and your deposit may not be transferred due to color coating. Your final
payment for your puppy must be made in full no later than your puppy 6th week of age. Failure to comply with
these terms & conditions will result in forfeiture of your NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and
your puppy will be resold. If in any case of change of your address or phone disconnection you are responsible for contacting
us. It is not M&M INTERNATIONAL PITBULL KENNELLS job to locate you.
Shipping is
available to you. We will ship puppies anywhere in the world that DOES NOT HAVE RESTICTIONS ON
PITBULLS ENTERING YOUR PARTICULAR COUNTRY. You the buyer are responsible for providing
payment for shipment of any puppy or puppies. An additional payment in the amount of 300.00
will be required to ship your puppy inside the continental United States, outside the continental United States prices
may vary. We will provide the required health certificate necessary for the puppy to be shipped along with
a travel crate, collar, and lead with the puppy. Types of payments accepted by us are western union, cashiers check,
money order, or cash. Any payments sent by mail are highly encouraged and recommened to be sent registered mail which
requires a signature upon delivery. Please do not send cash to us in the mail. By providing a deposit to M&MINTERNATIONALPITBULLKENNELL you
agree to have read and fully understand the terms & conditions of our policies. WE DO NOT ACCEPT
PERSONAL CHECKS. If you have any questions are if you are not sure about anything in our terms and conditions
please contact us before sending or making any payments. We do not sell to any person, organization, or kennell
who condones, promotes, or house any dogs for illegal use or reasons! (DOG FIGHTING & GAMBLING)
HEALTH CERTIFICATE
We guarantee that your puppy will be current and up to
date on all shot for it's age when you receive him or her. We recommend that you take your puppy to
a certified vet within 48 hours of receiving it for a check up. If any problem is found REPORT it immediately to M&M
INTERNATIONAL KENNELL along with the supporting documentation from the veterinarian. In the event of life threatening
illness or death due to a condition that came from M&M International Pitbull Kennell we will replace your puppy with
a puppy from that litter or from a future litter of your choice equivalent to the registration of the litter of that puppy.
We do not guarantee skin or coat conditions due to fact that dogs with blue coats are most often prone to skin conditions.
You may do your own research or consult with your local vet for any questions or concerns about skin or coat problems
or conditions with certain color coating.
